But using the charting software that comes with Active Trader Pro can be challenging. I am having trouble installing Fidelity Active Trader Pro, I am using a Dell XPS: I have tried to install Fidelity Active Trader Pro with no success. I have logged tickets with Fidelity and they said it was a Antivirus/Microsoft Issue. I have talked to Bitdefender and they have said its not their issue. DAS Trader Pro is a desktop platform built for direct-access trading. Traders who wish to use Das Trader Pro can either open an account with an online brokerage that supports the third-party platform, or they purchase market data through DAS directly and use the platform for analysis only with no trading.
